Replacement Parts

This page is a list of all of the parts I've replaced in the machine along with a description of what I've replaced them with. I've been using this site as a resource and specifically this manual which lists details about nearly every component of the machine.

PAD

L-Bracket Screw/Spacer/Washer Combo (using 48 per pad, 96 total)
M4-0.7 DIN 7985, 8mm Length
Aluminum Spacer, #8 hole, 1/4 L 1/4 OD
M7 DIN 125 Steel Zinc Flat Washer

L-Bracket Foam Padding (sits on the top of each L-Bracket)
Mounting Tape, 3/4-inch (cut to fit, adhesive side down, cover top with electrical tape to prevent sliding)

Stage Screws (top)
M6-1 12mm Length countersunk (using 52 per pad, 104 total, installed like this by drilling with a 1/2'' countersink bit)
M4-0.7 8mm Length countersunk (using 32 per pad, 64 total)

Stage Scews (underneath top layer)
M4-0.7 8mm Length SEMS screw (using 16 per pad, 32 total, in the corners of the arrow panels)
M4-0.7 12mm Length SEMS screw (using 20 per pad, 40 total, secures the 5 support panels per pad)
M4-0.7 16mm Length SEMS screw (using 16 per pad, 32 total, on the light panels beneath the arrows)
I managed to salvage enough of the stock washer-head screws to use on each of the rubber corners under the arrow panels, so those were not replaced.
